How can I book an apartment? Close

You can book directly from our website by filling in the request form, by email or by phone. We will get back to you quickly with availability and a quote.

What payment methods do you accept? Close

We accept bank transfer, credit cards and cash. To confirm the booking we require a deposit; the balance can be paid on arrival or before departure as agreed.

What is the cancellation policy? Close

Cancellation conditions vary depending on the type of stay and the rate chosen. Contact us for the specific details of your booking. We always try to be flexible subject to availability.

Can I request a personalised quote? Close

Of course. Contact us with your dates, number of guests and requirements and we will send you a detailed quote with the most suitable solution. For longer stays or special needs, we can arrange dedicated rates.

Check-in/out

Everything you need to know about arrival and departure, for a smooth, independent and hassle-free experience.

What are the check-in and check-out times? Close

Check-in is generally from 2:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM. Self check-in is available for all guests, with instructions sent before arrival. Different times can be arranged subject to availability.

Can I arrive outside of check-in hours? Close

Yes, of course. All our residences are equipped with self check-in, allowing you to access independently at any time from the scheduled check-in time. No need to worry about delays: you can arrive whenever you like, even late at night.

What documents do I need to present at check-in? Close

A valid identity document (ID card or passport) is required for every guest. Italian law requires guest data to be submitted to the local police authority for all occupants, including minors.

Is a late check-out possible? Close

Yes, subject to subsequent bookings. Let us know in advance and we will check availability. A supplement may apply in some cases.

Stay

What is the minimum length of stay? Close

The minimum stay varies depending on the residence chosen and your needs. We offer extremely flexible solutions: from a single night for short stops to stays of several months.

Can I extend my stay once I have arrived? Close

Yes, subject to availability. We recommend letting us know as soon as possible so we can check that the apartment is free for the additional dates and confirm the extension.

Are the apartments suitable for work stays? Close

Absolutely. All apartments have fast Wi-Fi and spaces suitable for working. Ca’ Toni and Ca’ Sette are particularly well suited for business trips and work stays, with strategic locations and dedicated services.

Can I stay for just one night? Close

Yes, of course. We understand the needs of those travelling for work or just passing through — for this reason, several of our residences accept bookings for a single night. We invite you to check availability for your dates or contact us to find the quickest and most comfortable solution.

Do the apartments have a fully equipped kitchen? Close

Most of our apartments include a fully equipped kitchenette with hob, fridge and utensils, with the addition of a dishwasher and washer-dryer at Ca’ Toni. Some units designed for short stays do not have a cooking area.

Is parking available? Close

Ca’ Toni has covered parking reserved for guests. Ca’ Sette is located in an area with ample parking availability. For Ca’ Fe, which is in the ZTL restricted traffic zone of the historic center, we can point you to the most convenient nearby car parks.

Is breakfast included? Close

Breakfast is included only at Ca’ Fe and is served at the historic Nascimben Pastry Shop in Piazzetta della Torre. At the other residences, the fully equipped kitchens allow guests to prepare breakfast independently.

Is linen change included? Close

Yes. Bed and bath linen is always included. For short stays the change is made at the end of the stay; for longer stays it is scheduled weekly or according to agreed needs.

House Rules

A few simple rules designed to ensure a calm, respectful and pleasant environment for all guests.

Are pets allowed? Close

Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis. Please let us know at the time of booking so we can check availability and agree on any conditions.

Is smoking allowed in the apartments? Close

No, smoking is not permitted inside the properties.

Can I organise parties or events in the apartments? Close

No, the apartments are for residential use only and hosting parties or events is not permitted. We ask all guests to respect the peace and comfort of other guests and residents.

Can I have visitors during my stay? Close

The apartments may only be occupied by the guests listed in the booking. For occasional visits in common areas, please contact us to agree on the arrangements.
